UFX is a real-time technology studio. We capture physical spaces and rebuild them as living, navigable real-time environments — starting with the industrial world that most people never get to see.
A new way to see the places that keep the world running.
We started UFX to replace the flat, stitched 360° tours corporate and industrial clients had settled for. Using XGRIDS reality capture and Gaussian Splatting, we reconstruct entire facilities as real-time environments — deployable to VR, web and any device.
Our breakthrough came at Casepak, a recycling facility in Leicester. We didn't just scan it — we told its story, pairing a precision digital twin with a content film that earned real industry traction. Industrial facilities are our wedge: complex, unglamorous, and long overdue for a way to be seen properly.
Keshava Walcott
Keshav is the owner and founder of UFX, bringing over a decade of experience across visual effects (VFX) and extended reality (XR) — including work supporting major clients such as Samsung and the Black Eyed Peas. Most recently a 3D VFX Technician and MoCap I/O Mechanics Engineer at one of the UK's leading institutions for the creative arts.
At UFX he built the studio's pipeline from scanner to deployable real-time app, led the Casepak project end to end, and sets the creative direction for every build.
Akshar Patel
Akshar brings a background in engineering and industrial operations to UFX's commercial side. He has spent his career inside the kind of complex facilities UFX is built to capture, and knows the processes, constraints and people behind them — sector knowledge that shapes how we scope and sell every project.
He leads commercial strategy and client partnerships, translating industrial environments into digital experiences their owners can actually use, and connecting UFX's real-time capability to the industries that need it.
